Biography:

Dr Brian Blanksby is Professor of applied anatomy, aquatics, growth and development in the School of Sport Science, Exercise and Health, at The University of Western Australia. He has teaching and research interests in how the human body moves through water and how changes in human morphology (e.g. through growth/strength) alter the mechanics of human movement. Dr Blanksby has published over 200 peer-reviewed papers, 5 books and 12 book chapters.
