Students are permitted to graduate with a BSc (Exercise and Health Science) Degree and then enter a fourth year to complete the Bachelor of Exercise Rehabilitation Science Degree in which they may also graduate. Prerequisite: BSc (Exercise and Health Science) plus 60% GPA at Level 3 and the following units at Level 3; HMES3301, HMES3389 and both HMES3390 / HMES3391. The course consists of 8 x 6 point units to the value of 48 points. CORE UNITS Units to a minimum value of 30 points and maximum value of 36 points may be chosen from the following CORE units:
ELECTIVE UNITS Minimum value of 12 points and a maximum value of 18 points chosen from:
The Head of School can recommend that a student substitute one unit required above for one other relevant unit offered in the University or in any comparable course in another recognised institution to the value of 6 points. NOTE: Students who have not completed a BSc (Exercise and Health Science) at UWA can apply through TISC for entry into the Bachelor of Exercise Rehabilitation Science.
